Quotes:

"They're going to be huge!" Brendan Tier, LMFM (Dublin), Album Review Show

“This is a lovely album of songs which are wittily written, artfully arranged and niftily played. I’m a big fan!”
MARK KERMODE

“Song-orientated, lots of acoustic instruments, emotions and energies from outside the city way of things. The class of the writing, the energy and the not-bowing-the-knee to the most obvious influences really do mark these guys out as something above the average.”
BATH FRINGE FESTIVAL

Owl in the Sun's "Outside the City Way of Things" celebrates the virtues of being outside of the urban millieu. This is not city-phobic but joyous and wistful . The band plays with a deceptively light touch and totally convinces with their witty and poignant lyrics. Moonbow Lullaby is simply lovely and a stand out that has a hint of sadness, but resilient for all that. Lots of love here.
Mike Hammond of the Dodge Brothers

“Wonderful accessible songs enhanced by a truly warm stage presence. One of those great bands that subconsciously have you smiling and tapping your feet as soon as they play. The audience reaction was fantastic and I would recommend everything about them.”
